Telegraph offers flower show discounts

Daily Telegraph readers heading to the Chelsea Flower show, which takes place between May 19th and 23rd, will be able to access a number of special deals, the newspaper has announced.

Garden and greenhouse fans can get ten per cent off at Soane in Pimlico Road by mentioning the offer in the newspaper.

The company sells handcrafted furniture and growers may be able to pick up a discounted bench or other piece for their glasshouse.

Meanwhile, the Royal Horticultural Society has announced the Chelsea show has sold out its first two days, although tickets are still available for later in the week.

One of the themes of the show will be budget horticulture, with the organisers saying there will be a focus on three Rs – reuse, recycle and reclaim.

"Most people know that investing in your garden adds value to your property," said Alex Baulkwill, RHS Chelsea Flower Show manager.

"So clever ideas to improve your outside space – without having to spend too much – make sense in the current climate too."
