Newspaper Launches Gardening Competition

The Daily Telegraph has announced a competition that should excite green fingered enthusiasts everywhere. The paper is offering one lucky winner a gardening course worth £1,600.

The KLC School of Design Open Learning Garden Design Diploma is designed for those who want a vocational qualification in the study of gardening. The course is specially designed to fit around people who are passionate about gardening but have other commitments, and is dedicated to the business, plant science and construction side of gardening enterprise.

By the end of the 18-24 month course, the lucky winner will have built up a portfolio coupled with a recognised qualification to show potential clients and employers.

To enter, simply take a photo of your favourite garden and write 300 words about why you think the garden works. Entrants must be 18 years or older, and all entries must be submitted by midnight on 17th May. Please send all entries to competitions@klc.co.uk .
