Halloween Pumpkin Carving Competition

Halloween is almost here! It is time to decorate your greenhouse! Why not carve a pumpkin together with your family? Apart from joining our contest on our Facebook page, you can also join via sending us an email with the following content:
- A photo of your carved pumpkin
- A few lines about your inspiration
The competition entry will end on 31 October 2018 (Time: 23:59). Terms and conditions are shown at the bottom.
For the winner who has the best-carved pumpkin, the prize will be an Accessories bundle including a set of 3 seed trays, a potting tray and a watering can. They worth £200!

Pumpkin Carving Competition terms and conditions:
1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years old or over except employees of Gabriel Ash and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. Closing date and time for entry will be 31 October 2018, 23:59. After this date and time then no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
Like the Gabriel Ash Facebook page, like the post, share the post and leave a comment (with a photo of a carved pumpkin originally by the entrant) and few lines of the story; or send the photo and text to socialmedia@gabrielash.com. The entry should be original and any non-original creation will be disqualified.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follow:
An Accessories bundle including a set of 3 seed trays, a potting tray and a watering can. The total amount worth £200.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. The winner will be chosen by Gabriel Ash.
12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/ is delivered.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. The result will be released on 1 November 2018 on Gabriel Ash’s Facebook page and the website.
