Surrey women to plant at RHS Chelsea Flower Show
A pair of Bupa staff members will be involved in the medical organisations gardening efforts at the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Chelsea Flower Show, it has been announced.
The two care home employees were both given the task of working on sensory gardens at the facilities they work at and will assist award-winning garden designer Cleve West at the event.
"Gardening is a passion of mine and Im over the moon that I will help plant Bupas show garden at Chelsea," comments activities coordinator Christine.
Laundry supervisor Carmen adds: "The garden will embrace sights, smells and sounds which can be enjoyed by people of all ages. I know I am going to savour the whole experience from start to finish."
The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is due to take place from May 20th – 24th and describes itself as the "ultimate event" in the horticultural year, featuring the newest and most desirable gardening products.
