Rolling Stone admits love for gardening

The former Rolling Stones band member suggested that tending to his outdoor space has helped him curb his demons and stay away from alcohol.

In an interview with the London Evening Standard, the 64-year-old claimed the “controlled jungle” that adjoins his west London pad is occupying his mind nicely.

He also stated that he is taking a hands-on approach and is doing more than just pulling up weeds.

“It’s just great with my new-found base. The inside and outside are both right up my street. I get on very well with mastering my own space,” he told the news provider.

Other people in Wood’s age bracket have also been urged to take up gardening in order to keep fit.
