Ocean City to host garden event

This coming weekend sees the Home, Condo and Garden show come to Maryland.

Gardeners will be able to pick up a number of tips from experts from a range of exhibitors at the east coast event.

It takes place from noon (local time) on Friday (March 20th) and ends on Sunday (March 22nd).

Visitors to the Ocean City Convention Centre will be treated to a vast array of home and garden design displays, with one of the major attractions being the Going Green area.

Environmental enthusiasts can learn how to make their homes and gardens more eco-friendly by taking in the latest green information, products and services.

An art and craft fair will also take place at the event, giving gardeners an opportunity to buy some decorations to take home.

Children under the age of 13 will get in free and tickets cost $5 for seniors, students and military personnel, with adult admission a dollar more.

Another event that may appeal to the green-fingered taking place on the eastern seaboard is Disneys Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, which runs until the end of May.
