Noel Gallagher is on the verge of swapping the bright lights of his inner-city London lifestyle for a taste of the country, it has been suggested.
The 44-year-old former Oasis star has agreed to move to the suburb of Maida Vale at the request of his wife-to-be Sara MacDonald, the Daily Star reports.
There, the pair are looking to enjoy creating their own outside space and cruising on the local waterways, the newspaper revealed.
A source close to the couple told the publication: “Noel has admitted that he misses being in the heart of London but he wants Sara to be happy and, because she loves her garden, he’s just dealing with it.”
Estranged brother Liam, meanwhile, thinks his former bandmate has “gone soft”, the insider added.
Oasis split in August 2009 after the argumentative siblings had a furious backstage row in Paris, which led to Noel walking out on their tour.
