Homebuyers right to feel more confident

Homeowners considering building a conservatory or glazed extension in the hope of boosting their propertys value may be interested in the latest comments from fish4.

The firm suggested buyers are beginning to feel more confident about the market.

It made its feelings known following the release of Findaporperty.com figures, which showed just less than half of those surveyed have managed to save a deposit of at least 25 per cent.

It also found 69 per cent feel how is a good time to buy a residence – something fish4 group sales director Dan Richards said is a thought they are entitled to have.

"The property market crash was the first indication that the recession was coming and, as such, we should all be buoyed by the fact that home buying is now picking up again," he said.

Mr Richards added lessons must be learned in order to take positives from the past year and a half.

The expert said it is important people find the correct property and do not "overstretch" themselves.
