Celebrity couple Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson are reported to have sought planning permission to make a number of improvements to their Glamorgan home.
The singer and the rugby star share a £1 million mansion at the moment, but as they are expecting a second child and planning even more, theyve decided to spend £100,000 on preparing the house for the arrival of more family members.
"It is no secret that Charlotte wants lots of babies in her 20s," a friend told the Daily Mirror.
"Now her house will be a childs idea of heaven."
The couple are joining the growing number of British families opting to improve rather than move, wisely deciding that buying a bigger house wouldnt be in their best interests financially, as property prices continue to fall.
Recent research from Tickbox.net and Opinion Matters found that around half of estate agents have seen a trend in the number of homeowners taking their properties off the market to make improvements.
Ms Church intends to have six children to Mr Henson, who has played 28 times for Wales, scoring 130 points.
