Christmas Flower Bouquets – The Ideal Gift For Your Partner

Have you bought a Christmas gift for your loved one yet?

If the answer is no, then it’s probably time you started to think about what they want. (because you don’t want to be in the dog house, do you?)

One way to have your partner gleaming like a Cheshire cat is by purchasing of a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a Christmas twist. Or better still, buy individual flowers and make your own!

Below, we’ve come up with some unique ideas of our own for you to try, and we’ve included some of the best bouquets available to buy, with the help of Interflora.

Our ideas:

  • The Snow Stopper

For this masterpiece, you’ll need a collection of white roses, green and blue foliage and gypsophila. To start, use the biggest rose as a focal point and work around it, making sure that no 2 things are too close to each other.

Once you’re done arranging, tie some silver wrapping around it with a blue bow (to match your blue foliage). Then sprinkle silver glitter onto it in order to create that ‘wintry’ feeling.

  • The Selection Box

If you’re looking for a mixture of colours, then pop along to your local flower store and buy a selection of Germini and roses. For the best results, stick to around 4 primary colours and entwine with vibrant hypericum berries.

Once your masterpiece is created, finish off by buying some thin wooden sticks and pierce fun size chocolate bars on to them. Add them to your arrangement and your alternative selection box is complete.

  • A ‘Berry Christmas’

For this, you’ll need deep red roses, berries, seasonal skimmia, berried ivy and evergreen foliage. Once arranged it will give off once of the most amazing aromas ever.

Once arranged, group together and tie a colourful ribbon at the top of the stalk. Then snip the stalks so they are half the size. (generally, this will allow the bouquet to stand up).
