Shelving - The Ten

Greenhouse shelving is often purchased to go above the greenhouse benching and used for smaller potted plants and seed trays. Both the height and side at which you wish to fit the greenhouse shelving can be decided on site. Serious gardeners may choose to have staging and shelving running down both sides of their greenhouse but a more popular set up would be to opt for one side of staging and shelving leaving the other side open for growing from the ground or pots. Like our greenhouses the shelving is constructed entirely from Western Red Cedar and is provided with a kit and stainless steel fixings. To allow free access to greenhouse blinds (where fitted) it is advisable to put the shelving on the opposite side of the greenhouse to the blinds.
