According to Hopeful Gardener marketing manager Sam Gilson, the site aims to provide useful gifts that are made to a good standard.
He revealed that the ethos at the firm is one of fun, adding that the team is full of "enthusiastic gardeners who have learnt through trial and error and a few helpful tips from friends and family."
Among the range of products on offer are trowels, compost bins, spades and the new Tool and Tuck Box.
British gardeners might also be interested to hear that a US website has been set up to encourage Americans to make use of their gardens and greenhouses to grow food as a means of saving cash.
