RHS Greenhouse Gardeners keen to encourage their children and grandchildren to take an interest in working in the garden and the greenhouse will soon be able to treat them to a trip to a new themed garden in the Lake District.

The World of Beatrix Potter attraction is to add a Peter Rabbit-themed garden which will open in May next year.

The popular books and a recently released film starring Renee Zellweger are sure to make the garden a success with kids of all ages.

Already a favourite destination in the UK, the Lake District will be boosted by the Miss Potter film and now the Peter Rabbit Naturally Better Garden.

It will welcome visitors through a specially-designed potting shed and will feature scenes from the Peter Rabbit stories.

The garden will feature a variety of organically-grown fruit trees and gooseberry bushes, all of which can be grown in the garden.

Finally, gardeners will also be able to get on-site gardening and greenhouse advice from a resident horticulturalist.ADNFCR-1495-ID-18863887-ADNFCR
